How to Place Order for Apollo Export Service

Introduction

In order for us to save and export leads from Apollo, we’ll need a URL to the Apollo web page that contain all the filters you have selected, so that we can export everything exactly as you see.

This quick guide will show you how to do that, PLEASE GO THROUGH THE POST BEFORE ASKING QUESTION, 99% OF THE TIME YOUR ANSWER IS IN THIS POST.

Typically when our client place order with us, they will provide us an URL like so:

https://app.apollo.io/#/people?contactEmailStatus[]=verified&page=1&personLocations[]=United%20States&personTitles[]=ceo&prospectedByCurrentTeam[]=no

As you see, all the filters are actually within the parameters and values in the URL, so when we receive this URL, we can open up the exact same page with the exact filters you selected and export records from that page.

Steps to Filter Leads and Get URL

1. First, you will need to create a FREE account at Apollo to access the database filter page

  • Register a free account at https://www.apollo.io/sign-up
  • Apollo doesn’t allow free email address to register, it has to be email with company domain
  • You have to click a verification link sent to your email to complete registration
  • Choose random options during the new account survey, it doesn’t matter

2. Second, go to the SEARCH tab and select PEOPLE, this is where you filter leads

  • If you can’t find the right page, go to this link: https://app.apollo.io/#/people?prospectedByCurrentTeam[]=no&page=1
  • Make sure you are on the People tab, not Companies tab, unless you want company information not people information
  • If you want to use Technologies or Revenue filter, you have to click upgrade (link to it), and then select try for free on the pro plan, no credit card info required (You have to create another new account if your trial is expires but you want to use the filter afterwards)
  • If you want only leads that come with an email address, make sure to select Verified and Guessed under the Email Status filter (If not some leads may not contain email information)
  • Buying Intent, Lists, Territories & Persona filter doesn’t work, so please ignore those filters.
Make sure to select these filters if you want ONLY RECORDS WITH EMAIL

3. Once you have filtered the leads database, copy the URL and send to us for placing order

  • Make sure to copy the URL from the browser address bar
  • Please don’t send us screenshot

Our Pricing & Examples

The pricing for our exports is super simple, we calculate our charges based on the total numbers of records and count of URLs.

Total Number of Records

  • $3/K records for order below 50K, $2.8/K for order above 50K, $2.6/K for order above 100K
  • We use the numbers show beside the Total tab, everything is round up to 3 digits, for example 17.3K will be count as 18K
  • Minimum order is $30, which mean anything below 10K record will count as 10K

Count of URLs

  • Every URL we charge $5 processing fees
  • BUT for every 10K records ordered, 1 URL processing fees will be waived
