What is Apollo.io Leads Export Services?
Apollo.io is a email leads provider with a large database with multiple type of filters to help you find your target audience and run marketing campaign or cold email marketing, unfortunately it come at a steep pricing.
Official Site Pricing:
- $49 for 200 email leads per month
- $99 for 10,000 email leads per month (The Unlimited is a fake wording, if you hover on it and click on the fair usage policy link, you will find that it is actually 10,000/$99/month not real unlimited)
On top of that, they also limit each save and export to 25 email leads per time, which means if you want to export 10,000 email leads from their database, not only you have to pay $99 but also waste some valuable time to click save and export for 400 times, which probably takes a few hours non-stop clicking on the button in their website.
And what happen when your filtered results have more than 10k leads? Say 20k, 50k or even 200k? You have to wait every month for each 10k export and pay them $99 per month. The cost stack up easily and it waste so many time that you can spend on growing your actual business.
This is where my service come in, I have custom plan with my company and I can get email credits at a much cheaper rate…
How much is my export service?
My services come at a flat rate of $3 per every 1,000 email leads exported, with a minimum order of 10,000 per each URL. They will be exported directly from Apollo.io in CSV format.
- $30 for 10,000 email lead in CSV exports
- 10k is the minimum per order per URL*, for every additional 1k = $3
- More than 400 will round up as 1k
- Accepted payment: Wise (no fees), Crypto (no fees), PayPal + 10% fees (due to conversions and bank withdrawal cost etc.)
*What is URL? You’re required to register your own apollo.io free tier / trial account, filter out the list that you want me to save and export, then give me the URL, the URL will contain all the filters you have used, please read below for detailed guides.
How to order? Getting the URL to place order
1. Register or login your free / trial / whatever Apollo account and go to the leads database tab
2. Set the email filter to verified on the left-hand side filter options
3. Use any filter you like to narrow down the leads you want, but make sure there’s at least 10k.
4. Copy the URL for me, the URL contained all the filters you use, so I can get started quickly.

Frequently asked questions
What if the filtered results have left than 10k?
The minimum order is 10k, and for one URL, I don’t accept splitting in multiple URLs, so you can either just pay for 10k, or widen your filter to get at least 10k.
What if the filtered results have way more than 10k?
You can choose to pay for all the leads, or I will just export the first 10k out of it if you only want to buy the absolute minimum amount which is 10k
How long does it take?
Depending on the size of your order, typically it will only take a few hours for small orders.
Is the data cleaned, and is the email verified?
I export the data as-is from Apollo.io, I don’t offer any cleanup or further verification.
